
- Focus on the one message or idea that you want the caller to remember.
- Ask a leading question that the caller will instinctually answer with “yes.” (Example, do you want to have a brighter, white smile?”)
- Keep your message short and concise. Don’t take too much time or the caller will stop listening.
- Include a call to action but keep it simple. Don’t make it something the caller has to write down.
- Always keep your brand in mind. Pick a VO with a warm, inviting tone and background music that reflects your business brand.
